Welcome to China

Since most of our customers travel to Korea via China, it is an excellent opportunity to explore the "Middle Kingdom" (the country's name in Chinese). China is one of the World's oldest and largest civilizations, with fascinating history and society that is so different from the western. If you travel to China for the first time, you may want to book accommodation and sightseeing in advance. This page contains our short programs in Beijing and surrounding areas but we can organize trips and sightseeing throughout China, some examples are Xian, Shanghai, Tibet, Yangtze cruises, trips to Sanya etc.

CHINESE VISA. Most nationalities need a visa to enter China. For a trip to North Korea via China tourists usually need a Chinese visa for 2 entries. However, aliens holding connecting flight tickets to pass through China are exempted from visa requirements. The premise is that their stay in China doesn't exceed 24 hours. This exemption applies only if you arrive in China by plane, your connecting flight ticket must be presented as a proof to the passport control. It is also possible to get a Chinese visa at the PRC Embassy in Pyongyang during your tour in North Korea (the approx. visa cost in Pyongyang is 60 Euros).

Shopping in China

China is a shoppers' paradise where one can purchase luxury goods at a very modest price. If you shop at the factory, you save even more.

Therefore, we organise visits to pearl farms, embroidery factories, etc., where you will see the production process and then shop at the factory outlet. When you see the thousands of unique products available for sale, you will be surprised by both the high quality of merchandise and the creativity of Chinese artisans. There is of course no obligations to buy anything.
