On January 16, 2025, the Rason Special Economic Zone became the first region of the DPRK to officially open its borders to international tourism, which had been paused in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Be among the first to visit North Korea after such a long break!

On July 27, it will be 72 years since the signing of the armistice agreement in the Korean War (1950–1953). In connection with this, large-scale celebrations are expected throughout the country, including a mesmerizing Mass Dance that will take place in one of Pyongyang's main squares.
We will visit the main attractions of the DPRK capital Pyongyang, which has been rapidly transforming and improving in recent years. The highlight of the tour will be a trip to Mt.Paektu, the highest and most beautiful peak in Korea, at the center of which is the amazing volcanic Lake Chon. This is an extended version of the Classic Tour for the DPRK National Day. After visiting the classic attractions, our journey will take us to the north of the country, where the famous Mt.Paektu is located on the border with China. It is the highest and most beautiful mountain on the Korean Peninsula (2,750 meters above sea level) with the world's deepest crater lake. Paektu is considered a symbol of the Korean Revolution and is the most inaccessible peak in Korea, as it is covered with snow for most of the year.
After this, we will fly to the Mt.Chilbo area. This majestic mountain range is located in the northeastern part of the country and is the only place in the DPRK where you can stay overnight in a local resident's home.

In October, Turkmenistan experiences mild weather. It's a pleasant time to visit, with clear skies and low precipitation.
