Decide on which tour to take and make a booking Choose one of our group or individual tours to the DPRK. To book a tour hit "book" button. Important: By completing our booking form and applying for a visa through us you certify that your personal details are correct and true. The submission of false details would have serious consequences for us as a tour operator as well as for our Korean partners and DPRK Embassy staff. This is a risk not worth taking. Upload e-copy of your passport Please scan (or take a good quality photo by digital camera/smart phone, max 1 MB for each file) and upload documents via the link you receive in the booking confirmation email.

Pay 50% deposit We will confirm receipt of the booking form and then send you an invoice. We need 50% deposit to start visa application process for you. The deposit payment should be made within a week via bank transfer to our Euro account in Sweden. All payment transactions in Euro made within European Union, quoted with IBAN numbers are charged like domestic payments. Please note, that if you book a tour which starts in less than 45 days then there will be no deposit but instead 100% of the price should be paid. |

Apply for DPRK visa / send us documents for DPRK visa One month prior to the departure to North Korea visa application package should be submitted to North Korean embassy (either by Korea Konsult in Stockholm and Beijing, or by yourself in your country of residence). Please refer to the visa support page here for more details Meanwhile after 50% deposit confirmation we will submit visa approval request (it is NOT visa application) to the North Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If your visa approval request is rejected we get notified within a month. In this case we will refund 100% of your deposit excluding visa fees |

Pay the rest 50% of your tour fee One month prior to the departure to the DPRK the rest 50% of the tour fee should be transfered to our account in Sweden |

Receive final confirmation of your tour to North Korea Two weeks prior to your departure to the DPRK we will send you final confirmation and pre-tour information with detailed information on tour preparation, including tour voucher (if you need one) |

Receive flight e-ticket One week prior to your departure to the DPRK we will send you e-ticket on your flight to Pyongyang and details of your train tickets (if any) |
Korea Konsult is affiliated with the Swedish Official Travel Guarantee Fund which makes your tour bookings with us secure. It means that you will be insured against the consequences of the tour operator becoming financially insolvent or bankrupt
